Bren has come up with the excellent idea that we all meet up on Christmas morning for the Tsunami Christmas plunge at the Forty Foot in Dun Laoghaire at around 11am. Running in the Phoenix park at 9.45 tomorrow morning - split into two groups based on heart rates. No Cycling workshop this week as Scott has cancelled. Swimming on Sunday with Liuwe at 2pm and on Monday with Shane in WestWood Clontarf at 7pm. Spinning on Wednesday night in WestWood Leopardstown as usual.We are in the process of arranging a date for next year's Dublin triathlon - "The Equaliser". Also, we will be opening up the junior section of the club in January and running a new members introductory training weekend. Watch this space...
