In response to demand for Tsunami's first 'get set for tri 2004' day we have scheduled a second day on the 7th of February.
This day will be an introduction to the sport for those thinking of training for their first triathlon in 2004 and wanting to learn more about the sport or for those who just want to get back to basics. It will consist of short and easy bike, run and swim sessions as well as an information session on training, racing and the Irish triathlon calendar.
This day is now full....keep watching our website for up and coming events

NB Although this day may sound full on, at no time will you be going flat out. The focus will be on technique rather than fitness.....There will be plenty of people there to answer any questions which you might have. Be sure to bring the following:
- a bike (mountain, road or other), helmet, bike lock, water bottle and warm cycling clothes (including raincoat) Please note that for insurance purposes no one will be cycling without a helmet
- pack lunch and snacks (alternatively there is a café in Westwood)
- running gear
- towel, togs, swim hat, goggles
Other useful items are a pen and paper, small lock for a locker in the gym, and anything else you think you will need.
Any questions, or any items which you would like to have covered on the day, please give me a shout.
Anna
