More Training

Training for the coming week:
- No circuits this Friday 27th - pizza will be taking its place!
- Running at 9.45am Saturday morning in the Phoenix park.
- No cycling with Mike tomorrow morning.
- Cycling hill work on Howth Head meeting at 10am on Sunday in Westwood Clontarf.
- Swimming continues as normal with Shane on Monday (read on for times).
- Spinning class with Scott in Westwood Leopardstown at 8.30pm on Wednesday.
Don't forget, if you're coming along for pizza, be sure to let Loraine (loraine.creane@mercer.com) know ASAP...
For running on Saturday morning we're meeting at the carpark beside the magazine fort. Go in the Islandbridge gate, take an immediate left and the car park is at the top of the hill on the right.
For the club cycling session on Sunday we'll be meeting in Westwood Clontarf at 10am. It will most likely be a bit of hill work on Howth Head - approx 2-2.5 hours. We will probably split into a couple of groups on the morning depending on who shows up.
On Monday swimming continues with Shane:
- 7.00-7.50pm - Advanced swimmers (can swim 1500)
- 7.50-8.35pm - Intermediate swimmers (can swim 400m without stopping)
- 8.35-9.15pm - Beginner swimmers (everyone else!)
If you need a pass (eg if you are not a member of Westwood) please let
Anna (anna.frankland@4thlevelventures.ie) know by the end of today so that she can organize it for you.
