Congrats to all those who took part in the duathlon on Wednesday night in the park. We had about 20 Tsunami members take part, well out-performing all the other clubs present. Anna was 1st, and Loraine was 2nd. Bren was first Tsunami man home with a great run to take 4th place. Next race is on the 7th July and is being organized by Tsunami, so we will be needing some volunteers. Application forms with further details are available in the links section.

Don't forget to check out the new forums on the Tsunami website. Arrange a lift, sell a bike, review your new wetsuit. Tsunami Forums has it all.

See you at training.
