Congrats to Wes Murphy who won the Blackrock Triathlon in Louth over the weekend. This is Wes?s first win of the season and we are expecting many more to come. Well done to all those who raced in Mullaghmore at the weekend, in particular to Caron Mullen who was fastest of the Tsunami girls and David Wade who was fastest of the guys...
Tsunami members racing were Rory Cawley, Emily Ennis, Neil Shannon, David Wade, Maria Marta Perez Lippi, Caron Mullen and John Sheehy.
In the words of David Wade. Great day had by all. Almost everybody was happy with their finish.
Most impressive "Sultans of Ping FC" performance of the day was by Neil, "Where's Me Helmet". Most people made it to Sligo for a few pints (about ten). A great weekend all round.
