Tsunami are in charge of the forthcoming Dublin Duathlon Series Race 4, in the Phoenix Park on July 7th. It's the normal 2 mile, 10 mile 2 mile run/bike/run on the closed road circuit. We're hoping for a big Tsunami turnout to support this event and are still looking for volunteer race marshals. If you haven't made up your mind to race or marshal, bring your race gear anyway. If there are enough marshals, you can race instead. The Race kicks off at 7.45pm, if all marshals could be there from 6.30pm that would be great.

Apart from next Wednesday, training continues as normal for the coming week...

Friday 2nd July
AM - Advanced swimming at 6.45am in Westwood Clontarf.
PM - Circuits at 7pm with John in Santry.
PM - Cycle meeting at the entrance to Westwood Leopardstown at 6pm, let Bren know if you're riding.

Saturday 3rd July
AM - Running in Phoenix Park at 10am.
PM - Sea swim from Wind Surfers dock at 2pm (high tide is at approx 1.15pm).

Sunday 4th July
AM - Advanced cycling (road bikes only) meeting at the Pope's cross at 12:30pm in the Phoenix Park.

Monday 5th July
PM - Running is at 7pm on the track in Belfield with John.

Tuesday 6th July
PM - Sea swimming in Grand Canal Dock at 6.30pm.

Wednesday 7th July
PM - Dublin Duathlon in the Phoenix Park. Registration finishes at 7pm.
