Tsunami Training

Anna has emailed the latest training news. This is the busiest weekend yet for Tsunami with people competing in Skerries, Brittas and the UK. Best of luck to everyone and in particular to Anna, who is representing Ireland at the Home Nations triathlon in Edinburgh, Scotland.

There are no circuits in Santry tonight or running tomorrow morning in Phoenix Park as so many people are racing, but training for the rest of the week continues as normal...

• Advanced cycling at 10am on Sunday from Spar shop in Stepaside - long hilly cycle for those doing the half ironman.
• Monday at 7pm is running at the track in Belfield.
• Tuesday night is sea swimming in Grand Canal Dock at 6.30pm.
• Wednesday night is hill training on the bike meeting at Westwood Clontarf at 6pm.
• Thursday night swimming with Shane in Westwood Clontarf, intermediates at 8pm and beginners at 8.45pm. Let me know before Wednesday if you would like to be put on the list.
• Friday morning advanced swimming at 6.45am in Westwood Clontarf.
