Well done to Ray who flew the Tsunami flag in Birmingham the following Sunday completing an Olympic distance race in a very fast time of 2hrs 16mins. Congrats to John Staunton on completing the Chicago Triathlon on the same weekend. Finally, belated congratulations to those who competed in the Brittas Bay triathlon. Particularly to Caron Mullen who was 1st woman home and Jeremy Crisp who was 3rd in the mens.
As most people will have gathered training is now winding down for the season and we will be taking a break in October. Winter training will be kicked off at the end of October with the AGM (aka annual club bash)...
