On Saturday the 15th @ 10am we will be having a club 10km handicapped race in the Phoenix Park in order to raise money for the Asian Tsunami Aid Effort. Everyone will have a chance of winning it so get down there and give it a go. It's 10 euro per head with prizes for the top male and females on the day. The club will match any money raised on the day and all money will go to charity.
So, if you're keen, please email training@tsunamitri.com so that we can get an estimate on numbers and please state you PB for 10KM...and cause we know most of your PB's and in the spirit of the event please try and estimate this accurately.
If anyone wants to get sponsorship from their company or friends please feel free to do so. It will be a full 10km circuit, come rain or shine. Times will be available afterwards but bring your own stop watch for instant information.
