Charity Run on Saturday

10km handicapped run in the Phoenix Park on Saturday 15th in order to raise money for the Asian Tsunami Aid Effort. Go into the park via the Islandbridge gate, straight through the crossroads and register before 10am at the small carpark...

Timeline for Charity Run Sat Jan 15th:
Sign-on (10 Euro)	up to 10am
Limited Late Registration	just after 10am
Warmup Session	10-10:20am
Plus 20 Group Starts	10:30am
Plus 15 Group	10:35am
Plus 10 Group	10:40am
Plus 5 Group	10:45am
Scratch Group	10:50am

Should be all done and dusted by 11:30am.

Prizes for first home, closest time to Predicted time and Raffle for competitors.

Registration will be where Transition 2 was for the Dublin City Triathlon and the run course will be the same. Everyone will have a chance of getting a prize so get down there and give it a go!
