Get Set For Tri 2005 - Day 2

The long awaited return of Get Set for Tri is finally here, again! This day will be an introduction to the sport for those thinking of training for their first triathlon in 2005 who want to learn more about the sport or for those who just want to get back to basics. It's taking place on the evening of Tuesday 12th April in the Irishtown Running Stadium (see map below) from 6:30-8pm and will consist of an informal information session for newcomers to the sport.
All are welcome, members and non-members. The event is free, however numbers will be limited by space so please e-mail training@tsunamitri.com to reserve your place. No need to bring anything except for maybe a pen and paper...
