TRAINING TO BEGIN FOR: Ironman Switzerland
Could I really be an Ironman?
Where do I get a Training Schedule?
Would I be able to stick to it?
What sort of food do I need to eat?
If you want to be an Ironman but are not sure how to get started,
we want to hear from you...
We are looking for a group of fun, enthusiastic people who want to do Ironman Switzerland in July 2006. You do not have to be a seasoned athlete, just eager to train and up for the craic. We have an experienced team who will provide you with a full training schedule and help you stick to it if your motivation slips.

Our coaches will oversee gym sessions, stroke correction classes and provide workshops on nutrition, sports psychology and race preparation.
This is a unique opportunity to live the Ironman dream, with all the guidance and support of a committed and experienced coaching team. Don’t be put off thinking that Ironman is just for the super fit. Many successful Ironmen and Women have trained from relative inactivity to the heights of achieving a 2.4mile swim, 112-mile cycle and 26.2 mile run.
Luckily you do have 8 months to train for this.
