Training starts back this weekend assuming everyone has taken a well deserved rest.
Things are likely to change slightly over the coming weeks (we still have to confirm the additonal swim times) but the schedule for the moment is as follows.

Car Park below the Magazine Fort (through the Islandbridge gate and straight through the crossroads the car park is on the left)

Easy cycle of 1-1.5 hours

Meet at Total Fitness, Malahide

Steady cycle of 2-3hrs duration
Southside Intermediates
Meet at Spar shop, Stepaside

9.30am

Circuits with John Davis
Irishtown Stadium (upstairs in the hall)
7-8pm
(On Monday 7th November this will involve a talk with John and an introduction to circuits)

Spinning (cycling specific)
Westwood Leopardstown
8pm (meet in coffee shop at entrance for 8.15pm start)
