Further changes to the swim training for INTERMEDIATES from Monday 6th.
We now have 3 lanes in Westwood on a Tuesday. All Beginners and Intermediates should go on Tuesdays.
Thursday will stay the same, the SECOND intermediate group in one lane and the advanced in the other.
Fridays will only be for Beginners, Intermediate group ONE and Advanced.
Sunday is for all Intermediates and Advanced...
Just to clarify:
All intermediates now come on Tuesdays.
Group 2 come on Thursday as usual
Group 1 ONLY come on Friday.
This change was needed as there were too many in the lanes on a Friday and also the ability between the first and last person was huge.
Intermediates, can you please make sure you only go either on a Thursday or Friday. If you do not know what group you should be in ask Lisa on Tuesday.
