Thank you for your interest in MS Ireland’s Swimathon, to be held at Marion Pool on Sunday 7th May 2006.
To enter a team/teams, please complete and return this form ASAP.
Registrations received before 15th April will go in the draw to win six tickets for a free day at Crossfire Paintball in Co Dublin, valued at €250!
Upon receipt of this form, MS Ireland will send sponsorship cards and the confirmed swim time to the team captain.
