The Women's cycling commission has organised the following weekend away and have opened it up to female triathletes. I have been on a weekend before with them and had a brilliant time. It's great to get out cycling with loads of people of the same ability as you.
Roisin also mentioned there is a pool in the hotel for all the very dedicated triathletes.
DECEMBER 1st to 3rd - Social Training Weekend:
Julie O'Hagan is organising another Social Training Weekend for the first weekend in December. The weekend will take place at the Abbey Court Hotel in Nenagh, Co. Tipperary. She has negotiated an exceptional deal with the hotel to include 2 nights B&B plus one day's use of the leisure facilities for just 100 euro.
