Turbo training for beginners

These sessions are aimed at beginners, the resistance levels are a bit lower and are aimed at building general fitness, developing good pedalling technique and will gradually build as we move closer to the race season...
- Warm up 10 mins easy at 70% Hr low gears.
- Right leg pedalling only for 60 revs med gear
- 1 min easy
- Left leg pedal only 60 revs
- 3 mins easy.
- 10 Medium resistance HR 75%.
- 3 mins easy
- Right leg pedalling only for 60 revs med gear
- 1 min easy
- Left leg pedal only 60 revs
- Warm down 5 mins easy.
