Following on from the popularity of last years swim technique sessions the Training Committee are planning more.
The first technique session will take place on:
WEDNESDAY 24TH OF JANUARY FROM 9 TO 10 P.M. IN WESTWOOD CLONTARF.
Three lanes are booked and three coaches will be in attendance and the session is open to all from beginners to advanced. This will be a fairly easy session focusing on drills for stroke improvement so no need to forego your Thursday morning session!
Please post up here if you will be in attendance so I can keep an eye on numbers. No posting no swim if the numbers are too great on the night. This is for the benefit of all. If you don't get in on the first one you'll be given priority on the second.
