ADV/INT CYCLING COACHING

Reminder- Cycling coaching for Adv/Int .

If your name is on the list and you can't make it on the night,please ensure to free up your place well in advance.

The last session with Scott Mc Donald of Winning Solutions takes place next month.The final session will consist of longer intervals and will teach athletes how to train for a 40km time trail.

Venue -Phoenix Park at the Papal Cross.Duration 1hour 30mins.

Group 1-Wed June 13th 7.00pm Group 2-Wed June 20th 7.00pm

 Group 1:- Noelle,Sharon, Q,Jen,Gill, Michael, Tjac, Rory O,Peter,Ian.

Group 2:-Jenno, Frank K, Sinead, Matt,Greg, P Grealy, Alexi, Brian O'S, N Mc Donnell,Whisper.

Just a note to everyone intending to meet at the Magazine Fort.

Repair work is being carried out at the car park at the Mag Fort so there is no place to park there. Myself and Graham got caught out last Sat morning when we showed up for the Club Run. Perhaps the meeting poing might need to be changed for the next few weeks? Regards P
