Elena Conquers Kilkee!

Big congratulations to Piranha's Elena Maslova who won the Hell of the West in Kilkee at the weekend! Elena, who is sponsored by Wheelworx, beat off stiff competition to win in 2.28.39, having to dig hard to overcome Limerick's Liz Hussey who lead coming off the bike. Elena came in first with 40s to spare, a great race and personal result. Elena has consistently won races over the last couple of years, but this must figure as one of her biggest wins yet. It is truly deserved for such a hard-working and talented athlete. Congratulations Elena!

Congratulations to everyone else from Piranha who competed at Kilkee at the weekend. Any forthcoming race report?! There was a great turnout by Piranha, unfortunately I had to miss the burgle-burgle post-Kilkee session, but I'm sure there must be a few stories? Hope everyone saved enough energy for the infamous fourth leg in Kilkee...
