The AGM will take place on the 24 November 2007. This has been a very important year for the sport and there are many plans in discussion for next year. The AGM will be the forum for presentation and discussion of these. All affiliated clubs will need to send representation, and members are encouraged to come and take part in the decision making process.
It has been a great year for the sport, record numbers of members, and some great races. To celebrate this Triathlon Ireland are hosting an awards dinner at the Davenport Hotel, Dublin, at 6:30pm on Saturday, 24 November 2007 (the night after the AGM). This will include some photo and video footage of the year, some guest speakers. We'll also be celebrating the fact that the sport of Triathlon in Ireland is 25 years old.
The dinner will be black tie attire, tickets will be priced at 50 euro each, but clubs can book tables of 10 people for 450 euro. This was a great event last year, so dust off the glad rags and sign up below.
