hi all, Scott had finished his first session with all three groups. Thanks to those who attended the sessions and the training crew for organising. Those who were able to be there I'm sure will agree that it was very worthwhile. Scott has asked that for the next few weeks that a 'lead' rider be assigned for each group. Their role is to keep the group at a steady pace/ everyone riding on the small rings working on cadance/ Steady pace up hills and drags/ Rotating the group with 'up and over'/ Calling for toliet stops etc if needed and general items that may arise. Thanks to those who have signed to do this for the next few weeks.

Sunday Session - Intermediates/Advanced Northside - Leaving from WW Clontarf 930am - Jennfier O Reilly
Sunday Session - Intermediates/Advanced Southside - Leaving from Spar Stepside - Matt Naughton/ Brian O Sullivan
