Reminder...Aileen and Sinead's triathlon workshop takes place this coming Wednesday. List of those who have a place is below. There are a few free places...please post up if you wish to attend.

 

Piranhas Aileen Flynn and Sinead Moffatt are kindly offering a free triathlon workshop to members. Read on for details... 

FREE TRIATHLON WORKSHOP

Beacon Physiotherapy Department is having a free workshop for Piranha Triathletes

Date: Weds 13th Jan 2010 Time: 7.00-9.00pm

Venue: Physiotherapy Gym, UPMC Beacon Hospital, Sandyford, Dublin 18.

This workshop will include:

            • A demonstration of racebike set up by Irish Fit
            • Triathlon specific core exercises
            • Strength and conditioning exercises
            • Foam rolling and stretching regimes vital for the prevention of triathlon related injuries.

The content of the evening will provide you with a set of exercises which you can perform all year round to maintain optimal physical condition and prevent injury.
