Irish National Cyclocross Championships 2010

The Irish National Cyclocross Championships will take place in the scenic St Anne's park in Raheny on Sunday 7 February 2010. Mud, sweat and tears will be the order of the day. In addition to the championship Cyclocross race this event will also feature a Short Track XC race. This race will be on a modified course (no dismounts required!) providing an exciting race for riders and spectators alike.The Short Track XC race will be suitable for mountain bikers of all abilities and cyclocross riders who do not qualify for the Championship event are also welcome to enter.
Race Schedule
10:30 - 12:00: Sign-on
11.30: Non-championship under age race
12.00: Short Track XC
13.00: Senior race, all categories
Sign on and prize giving will be hosted within the Red Stables complex within the park, prize giving will also be presented here after the race. The entry fee for the Short Track XC race is €10.
Come along and watch some Piranha’s get down and dirty in Short Track XC race, before watching the Greg and Brian snot themselves in the Main Race of the day.
Promises to be a day of thrills with lots and lots of spills.
