Dublin City Triathlon now open for registration

Please note that it is against the club rules for Piranha members to enter this race - as we need as many volunteers on the day to help out what is an essential event for the ongoing financial existance of the club - a more full statement on this will be released by the race director in due course to explain this stance to the new joiners - thank you for your understanding in this matter

Registration for 2008 Dublin City Triathlon

Registration for the 2008 Gatorade Dublin City Triathlon will be handled by ActiveEurope.com and is now open. When you click on the link you will be directed to a page on ActiveEurope.com containing more detailed information about the event. To register, click on the "Register Online" tab on the top of the information box. This will take you to the first page of registration.

On this first page, you will be presented with the available entry options. You should choose the appropriate option depending on whether you want an individual or relay entry, and whether you are a TI member or member of another ITU National Association for 2008 (e.g. British Triathlon Association).

Entry categories for non TI members will include the added cost of €15 for a 1-day licence fee. Members of other ITU National Associations should choose the category related to TI membership as they are covered by their associations insurance and do not require a 1-day licence. You must present your National Association membership card at registration.

You must read and agree to the waiver on the page, then click the "Continue" button. Next, fill out the registration form. Be sure to proofread. When the form is complete, click the "Continue" button. This will take you to the payment summary page.

Note: If you need to make a correction, click "edit" in the payment summary. If you want to delete the registration, click "delete." For multiple registrations, for someone else, for another category, or for another event, you will find the appropriate buttons.

When you are ready to finish, fill out the billing information starting with credit card type: no personal cheques are accepted. When done filling out the billing information, click the "Pay Now" button. Your payment will be processed through Active Europe's online bank. If your registration and payment are successful, a confirmation screen will appear. You should print out your receipt from this page.

Closing date/Transfer/Cancellation Policy

1. Closing date for applications is the 1st August 
2. We will not accept cancellations in the lead up to the Dublin City Triathlon on Sun 24th August, or on the day of the race.
3. There will be no waiting list in operation for unsuccessful entrants.
4. Entrants who, for some reason, are unable to fulfill their entry have the option of transferring this to another person. Any such request should be communicated to info@dublincitytriathlon.com, and the deadline for receipt of these requests is midday on Weds 13th August. Any request to transfer the entry should include the full details of the person who will be taking up the transferred entry.
