    Hello All,

IMPORTANT – the clocks go forward tonight, so 1 hour’s less sleep. Meet at 8.50am in Westwood for all groups.

IMPORTANT CHANGES FROM SUNDAY, APRIL 2nd
    1. All future cycles will start either at 8.30am from Westwood or 9.00am Yellow House
    2. Group 4 will be introduced on April 2nd
    3. Group 2 distances will be reduced (from tomorrow), to lower the graduation from Group 1 to Group 2

    ARRANGEMENTS FOR SUNDAY, 26TH MARCH
    Groups 1, 2 and 3 – meet at Westwood at 8.50am for a 9.00am departure.

Group 1 – Time Trials on the N2 – John Lyons with Adam Goslin in support
Group 2 – Travelling Northside – Bike Lead Simon Montgomery. Reduced distance!! 57Km via Ballyboughal. See route Here
Group 3 – Travelling Northside – Bike lead Conall Heron. 84Km Ashbourne, Garristown. See route HERE

Please be mindful of cycling discipline, particularly given the flat routes that are being followed tomorrow:
** There is one cycle lead – and that person is responsible for the route.
** Tight two by two groups, with regular up-and-overs and with a single-file transition are the hallmarks of a disciplined cycle group. No “half wheeling”!
** Each group has a target average speed – this should be maintained. Surges in speed (lead from the front) leads to a dragging-out of the group and members get left behind.
** Traffic lights must be obeyed – pedestrian and traffic!

Have a great cycle on Sunday.
