    Tuesday Training – meeting at the Fosters ave Gate at 7.15. Either go straight or meet at UCD Sports Cenre at 7pm and jog over as warm up

    Tuesday
    2km hard /5km effort
    2 by 400m hills ( jog back down recovery)
    2km hard/5km effort

    Thursday – a mix of speed work and endurance

    Marathon Training
    Tuesday – 4km tempo followed by 4 by 400m hills (jog back down recovery) followed by 4km tempo

    Thursday – Gary will do a mixture of speed and endurance at the track

    Day 3 – 50mins easy

    Long run – 1 hour 40mins easy

    Bonus day – 35mins easy
