    Tuesday.
    Session: 3 by 500m,1 min rec, 3 km tempo, 2 min rec,3 by 500m , 1 min rec

    Thursday
    Session: 1 mile (4laps) jog the bends stride the straights
    5/6 by 400m with 1 min rec
    1 mile jog the hendsstrude the straights
