    30mins easy running, then 10 by 1min fast 1min easy
    Wednesday

    Thursday
    8 by 800m, Marathon, 1/2 marathon, 10km, Marathon, 1/2 marathon,10km, 5km, marathon paces,
    recovery, 30sec, 1min, 90sec, 30sec, 1min, 90sec, 2mins.
    Friday/Saturday
    off/35mins
    Sunday
    80mins very easy
