    Thursday
    400m, 600m, 800m, 600m, 400m, 5km effort, all with a 200m jog recovery

    Marathon Group
    Tuesday –
    4 by 15mins with 2 min jog recovery, alternating, Marathon pace/half marathon pace
    Thursday
    2km at marathon pace, 1min rec, 20 by 1min fast 1min easy, 2km at marathon pace
    Long run
    28-30km easy

    Other days
    -50mins easy
    -50mins easy
