    Tuesday
    3km (10km pace) 2min rec, 1500m (5km pace) 2min rec,3km (10km pace)
    Thursday
    a mix of speed and endurance at the track

    Marathon Training
    Tuesday
    4 by 3km, 1st @half marathon pace, [email protected] 10km pace, [email protected] 5km pace, [email protected] pace
    all with 90 sec rec
    7.15pm sharp to begin session (try and get the most of the day light)
    Thursday
    track session at Irishtown

    Day 3
    60mins easy

    Long Run
    32km or 3.15 hours (whichever you arrive at first) easy

    Bonus Day /5th Day
