3km tempo,2min rec, 4 by 400m with 1min rec hard, 1500m at 10km effort
8 by 600 with 200 jog rec, 5km effort
4 by 10mins tempo, with 2min jog rec
10/12 by 800m with 90 sec rec
Long Run- Berlin 30-32km
Dublin – 18-20km
Could all the Dublin Marathon runners please enter the 10 miler (Sunday 2nd September) and 1/2 Marathon (Saturday 22nd September) if possible. These are the two races that I would like to work off of.
