    1500m at 10km effort 2 min rec
    4 by 400m at 5km effort 1 min rec
    1500m at 10km effort 2 min rec
    4 by 400m at 5km effort 21 min rec

    Thursday
    Speed and endurance track session
    Gary will be there both days to take sessions.
    Marathon training starts next week.
