    Tuesday
    6km tempo
    4 by 1500 laps, no stops, but each lap getting 10/15 seconds faster

    Thursday
    5 by 600m at hard/3km effort, 3min rec
    5-7 by 800m at 10km effort, with 1 min rec
    suggestion is that people get down 7.45/50 and warmed up asap and try to get the session started at 8.10
