Details for this Sunday’s spin below. All groups meeting at Yellow House in Rathfarnham at 8.20am for an 8.30am departure.
Group 1: Heading towards Sally Gap ~ 60km with bike lead Brianne Mulvihill
Group 2/3: Heading up Sally Gap and dropping into Laragh ~100km with bike lead John Kearney
Note: Make sure to wear suncream and bring a rain jacket. Never know what the weather will be like!
No official spin next week with the Dublin 70.3 going on.
As always, please remember good bike discipline while out on a club spin:
** Tight two by two groups, with regular up-and-overs and with a single-file transition are the hallmarks of a disciplined cycle group. No “half wheeling”!
** Call any obstacles that may be blocking part of the road including potholes, parked cars, pedestrians.
** Bring a puncture repair kit with you, including two spare tubes
