Group 2/3: Heading to Blessingston Lakes and up towards Sally Gap with bike lead Killian Nolan.
Note: Make sure to wear suncream and bring lots of water when the weather is nice.
As always, please remember good bike discipline while out on a club spin:
** Tight two by two groups, with regular up-and-overs and with a single-file transition are the hallmarks of a disciplined cycle group. No “half wheeling”!
** Call any obstacles that may be blocking part of the road including potholes, parked cars, pedestrians.
** Bring a puncture repair kit with you, including two spare tubes
