Swimming – policy update

Hi all –

Based on feedback from the swim coaches the committee is asking that any other coaches in the club please refrain from coaching any of their athletes from the lanes during the club swim sets.

The coach on deck is the one leading the session and should have authority over the direction of the session, side coaching can undermine this and distract from the session that the coach has spent time and effort creating.

Any private coaching should happen outside of the official Piranha sets.
