7.00am Swim at UCD with Jack. (Pre-Sign Up Required – Keep an eye on the forum for weekly advertised free slots from people who cannot attend)

Saturday 29th Oct
8.15am – 9.45am Swim Session – All Levels – Westwood (Option to leave after 1 hour) Coach – Kris

Sunday 30th Oct
– There are no club Sunday cycles for October as this will be the clubs off-season. Members are encouraged to organise their own cycles via the forum or whatsapp groups.
– 7.30 – 8.30pm Swim Session Westwood – Improver & Intermediates
