    Monday 27th August
    9-10pm Swim Session – Improvers & Intermediates – Westwood. Coach – Kris

    Tuesday 28th August
    6:30 – 7:00am 2 x lanes member led – Westwood (optional additional 30mins ahead of coached session)
    7-8am Swim Session – Inter/Advanced swimmers only – Westwood. Coach – Paul D

    7.00pm Run Session at UCD. Coach – Maria McCambridge. Meeting point is on the grass opposite the zebra crossing just before the UCD Sports Centre.

    7.00pm Northside Run Session, Clontarf promenade, member-led. Meet at Sail Sculpture on Clontarf promenade opposite Garda Station.

    Wednesday 29th August
    7.00pm Bike spin with Ian Cassidy. Ian will be going northside this week meeting in the bike lane at the bottom of Watermill road (junction with Clontarf Road) opposite St.Annes Park and heading to Howth

    Thursday 30th August
    7-8am Swim Session – All Levels – Westwood. Coach – Ewa.

    8.00pm Run Session, all levels. Coach – Maria McCambridge/Gary Crossan. Irishtown Stadium, meeting point is on the track.

    Friday 31st August
    7-8am Swim – All Levels – Westwood. Coach – Anto

    7-8am Swim – Inter & Advanced – UCD. Coach – Jack.

    Saturday 1st September
    8.15am – 9.45am Swim Session – All Levels – Westwood. Coach – Niall McD

    Sunday 2nd September
    Sunday spin, member-led. Further details during the week

    7.30pm – 8.30pm Swim Session Westwood – Improvers & Intermediates. Coach – Kris
