With the first National series races only a few days away we are launching the Piranha National Series Handicap League.

The Handicap league will be run off the points you score in any National series race. The handicap system has been calculated from the results piranha members scored last year where we took the total points and the volume of races and calculated an overall average score for the men and for the ladies. This score will be the scratch score or base score. Members will be given a plus or minus handicap based off this score. In the file below you will find your handicap. If you have not raced before you will be given a handicap after completing your first NS race. There will be a men’s and Ladies League.

Your Best 4 NATIONAL SERIES races will count. They can be any National Series races and unlike the NS they can be 4 sprints or a mix or races (we hope it’s a mix). If you do more than 4 races your best 4 will count.

We will update the League table after the national series points have been award by TI. We will add names to the league as people score in National series races during the year. The handicap League has been set up to encourage members to complete at least 4 races this year and there will be a prize at the end of the year for the winner but it is not to be taken too seriously as it’s just a bit of FUN!!!

Best of Luck for the season
