New to Triathlon Program
Piranha Triathlon Club is pleased to announce the return of the 'New To Triathlon Program'. The program will help new members take their first steps into the world of triathlon and help those already in the sport progress their skills further.
For those that completed the course last year or that have raced a couple of seasons this is a good opportunity to take your skill set to the next level.
The program will augment the existing club training structure and introduce participants to specific race skills. The program will include an information session, transition training, triathlon specific swim training and bike/run sessions. Culminating in May with a triathlon in the Dublin area, athletes will leave the programme with a greater understanding on how to correctly prepare for and enjoy the season ahead.
The program commences with an information session in January 2013 - date and location to be confirmed closer to the time. The session will include information on training, nutrition, strength and conditioning and triathlon specific race skills. The session will finish with a Q&A. The program is free to existing members and is a fantastic opportunity to learn and get to know other 'TriNewbie's' in the club. To join Piranha Triathlon club please visit our 'Join Piranha' page for information on how to join.
To sign up to the program and complete your transformation from Tri Newbie to Awesome Triathlete please post up below or e-mail Elena Maslova. Should you have any further questions please feel free to contact Elena Maslova through the site or at emaslova2002(at)gmail(dot)com
