You don’t need to be strong in any particular discipline – we run multiple levels in all three sports, so you slot into the swim lane, bike group or run pace that suits you. Everyone at the club is genuinely friendly and helpful, and we’ve all been beginners at some point. If you’re not sure where to start, email us and we’ll point you to the right session for your ability. Just let the coach or group lead know you’re new on the day.
