Bike training sessions are below and can be booked via Glofox

Winter – Virtual Turbo Session

  • When: Wednesdays, 19:00
  • Where: Zoom
  • Duration: 1.5 hours
  • Levels: All welcome

Sign up on Glofox and you’ll receive the Zoom link. Ian guides you through the session – a mix of efforts and rest periods.

Summer – Skills / Strength / Hills

  • When: Wednesdays, 19:00
  • Where: Clontarf bike path at the junction with Causeway Rd (opposite the Tree of Life)
  • Duration: 1.5 hours
  • Levels: All welcome

Sunday Club Spin

  • When: Sunday mornings, 07:30 – 09:00 depending on the time of year
  • Where: WestWood Gym (Clontarf) and Yellow House (Rathfarnham)
  • Duration: 2 – 4 hours depending on the group
  • Levels: All welcome – groups are split by duration and ability

The week’s spin is posted to the Piranha announcements WhatsApp group close to the weekend. Please read the rules of group cycling in the Cycling Programme before joining your first club spin.
