Tuesday AM Swim – Inter / Advanced 07:00 – 08:00 WestWood A more advance swim session with X3 lanes based on skill and speed
Tuesday PM Run 19:00 – 20:20 UCD Coached run led by our skilled run coached on the UCD grounds
Wednesday Bike – turbo / skills 19:00 – 20:30 Zoom / Clontarf In winter these are online via Zoom, in summer they are in on the road
Thursday AM Swim 07:00 – 08:00 WestWood A more advance swim session with X3 lanes based on skill and speed
Thursday PM Run – track 20:00 – 21:00 Irishtown Stadium Coached track session with skilled run coaches.
Friday AM Swim 07:00 – 08:00 Sean McDermot St / UCD Coached swim sessions at UCD (improvers to intermediate) and Sean McDermot St (intermediate to advanced)
Saturday Swim 08:15 – 09:15 WestWood A more advance swim session with X3 lanes based on skill and speed
Sunday Club spins 08:00 onwards WestWood / Yellow House Multiple groups based on speed and level available, member led by leads. Coffee stops mandatory!
