At Piranha Triathlon Club there are lots of options for training every week. The training Co-ordinators are working with the COVID officer to ensure as many training options that are safe for members and in line with HSE COVID Guidelines and Triathlon Ireland Training Guidelines. Training options will be posted weekly for the week ahead. We are currently in level 5 restrictions until December 2020. We aim to provide daily training sessions vis zoom. Virtual turbo sessions, pilates, yoga and strength and conditioning have been added to the weekly program.
We hope to return to our usual levels of training when it’s safe to do so. Below is our pre restrictions training schedule. You can come to as many or as few of them as you like (except for swim training, which is restricted to 2 x weekly sessions + 1 Saturday swim).
