Swim Training

SWIM TIMETABLE

1. Members can access Piranha swim sessions 3 times per week. This is a change from previous schedule in that these three sessions may be accessed on any given day in the week.
2. Members from each level should attend the swim session/swim lane for that level only – this is to keep control of the numbers in each lane.
3. Punctuality must be improved – members must be on deck 5 minutes before the start of the session.

Points to Note
– Please use the lockers provided.
– Saturday morning features a brick session with members swimming in WestWood Clontarf (WW) from 8:15am – 9:45am followed by a run on Clontarf strand.
– Swim equipment: Some swim sessions will use the below, you can purchase these at swimkit.ie : Fins & Pull Buoy

If you don’t have any of the above and not sure of what to buy just have a chat with the swim coaches and they will advise what is best. Buying equipment can be expensive so don’t feel obliged to buy everything straight away. This is just a gentle reminder that we will be increasingly using these pieces of equipment in the coming weeks and months. Improvers in particular should have a pull buoy and fins in their swim bag.
