Important update re AK S&C classes **later start time**

Attention all to who have signed up for AK S&C classes

Due to circumstances out of Andy’s control – the planned start time for the classes needs to be moved from 7:15 to 7:30. for the entire block of 10 starting this Fri 21st.

Andy is very apologetic about this late change to the class time and has offered to fully refund those who are unable to make the later slot.

He has also generously offered to refund those who are still able to make the later start – a tenner back from what they paid due to the changed circumstances.

So if you need to pull out of the class – please PM me via the site and I will adjust the list with Andy and get the refund sorted.

Otherwise your first class will be this Friday at 7:30 and Andy will reimburse you the tenner personally.

Once again Andy apologises for the inconvenience caused.

Unfortunately I won’t be able to make these sessions now (not related to the new time schedule), so if anyone wants to take the spot I’ll pass it on, you can PM me and will be given to the 1st who applies
I will pass it on for half the cost (€30).
Otherwise the place will remain vacant.

Guys update from Andy for people attending S&C class tonight

I’ve spoken with KC peaches so there’ll be free tea and coffee for anyone from piranha from 7pm. I’ll send Aisling in at 7.25 to bring everyone up and there’ll be no rush to leave after the class if anyone needs showers etc

Hello… there is a few of us who are completely mad in the head and do a S&C class of a Friday evening while the rest of Dublin is partying, except for J. Walnutt. There are many slots available in this and Andy said any Piranhas who want to do it can.

Your call… Wales v England or an S&C class???
