Jailbreak Cobh Triathlon – Accommodation and Dinner

Hello,

After a really successful first Club Weekend away in Westport it is time to get ready for the Club Olympic Weekend away in Cobh on July 1st. Club Weekends Away are like buses…

Accommodation has booked in the Bellavista Hotel and Self Catering Suites. A twin room has come available in one of the Suites – so if anyone needs it please add your name to the Spreadsheet below.

Can anyone who had booked accommodation please check that their name is listed as full payment will be taken next week. As we did with Westport, 1 person per suite will submit their phone number to give Credit Card details and can get reimbursement from the other room mates. Those staying in the Hotel will be contacted directly as they have your details.

I have made a booking in the Oriental Restaurant – China Sea Restaurant for 7pm. They do a 2 course for 15 E and 3 Course for 17.5E and it is right beside the accommodation. If you wish to attend please add your name to the List below.

Hey Siobhan,

I’m heading down to Cobh, but only for the Friday night.
Haven’t put my name down on the list as didn’t want to take a spot from someone who could be there both nights.

But if you think it won’t get filled & if it’s not counterproductive, I’ll happily stick my name down for a bed for the Friday night.

Hi Tom,

There is space in Suite 6 (All boys in this suite currently). I have put your name in if that suits.

Can anyone else let me know as I have already paid the Deposit and need to finalise numbers.
