ParticipantHi folks,
Just a reminder about the John Davis run. We’ve had very little sponsorship so far and I’d love to exceed last years total of €1,045.
The run will take place on the 27th of September 2014 at the St Annes park run.

Park Run Details: http://www.parkrun.ie/stannes/This is the one charity event we run each year and we realise everyone has their own chosen charities but every little (or a lot 😀 ) helps so please give what you can.
Thanks

ParticipantYo peeps,
it’s time to get sorted for the John Davis run. Please donate €10 for irish cancer society and register for parkrun.
We also need to get some volunteers sorted too. Volunteers for: race pacers and bike marshals please.
If you are running or volunteering could you post up which you hope to do. If you are running could you please state estimated time to complete 5k.
Many thanks

KeymasterGuys
This is a big annual event for the club … and something we are very proud of …
So for those of you who cannot run – please volunteer to help out on day or attend the catch up afterwards ….
For those of you cannot be there on the day – please donate a tenner or whatever you can via the mycharity page … as we are well behind last years total of €1000
For those of you who have either donated/volunteered to race or run – start to pester your mates to do likewise – wedo have some 250 members …..Cheers to Gra and Louise for all the effort they have put in so far
