Session 1 Fartlek – 4mins, 4 by 2 mins, 4 mins All with 1 min recovery jog in between.
Session 2 3 by 2km with 3 min recovery. 10km effort.
-35 mins easy. – 60-70 mins long run
Question ! ? I’m a little challenged with this! Is the session as below?
Session 1 – 4 mins effort then 1 min jog – 4 x 2 mins effort with 1 min jog between – 4 mins effort Efforts are perceived 10K pace ?
What is the 35mins easy & 60-70 mins long run… weekend work? Is it 90 min all in ?
